Endorphin : 3D Character Animation + AI

NaturalMotion’s Dynamic Motion Synthesis is a new approach to 3D character animation which utilize biomechanically modeled characters with intelligence to create adaptive behavior. Endorphin 2.0 is their interactive character modeling program in which characters are assigned behaviors to act out unlike traditional 3D animation techniques which require keyframing very specific motions. Throw a ragdoll and it will simply flop around until it hits the ground. Inject a ragdoll with Dynamic Motion Synthesis and the character will turn its head towards the ground, desperately kick in midair to turn over and lay its arms out as it braces for impact. [demo reel (divx)]
Dynamic Motion Synthesis is positioned to revolutionize the gaming and CG effects industry by injecting ragdolls will artificial intelligence to give animators highly realistic character movement in a few clicks of the mouse.

Hi,
I visited the website that shows various examples of realistic animations of human activities.
I am trying to make realsitic human animations also.
I am working with Flash MX 2004 Pro, Swift 3d 4.0 and After Effect 6.5 Pro. I have made an animation of a stick man walking, but am seeking information as to how to make a ‘realistic’ walk, or other actions, other than with a motion capture camera, which is out of my league.
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
william
use poser version 4 or above for a sample of a realistic walk, or you could use biped in Character studio, which is found in 3d studio max.
